We opened brand nutrition pages on October 26, 2026 and kept bars whose label states protein, total sugar and, where it exists, sugar alcohol. The sort is protein per bar, high to low. Saturated fat and sugar stay in the table so the protein number is not the only number. We did not taste them, and we found no trial of these bars in people on a GLP-1 medicine.
Powders, measured by the scoop, are on best protein powder for GLP-1 users. Fiber is best fiber supplement on Ozempic.

RXBAR peanut butter serving size is 52 g. The RXBAR page we opened was a 24-bar bundle with peanut butter chocolate, listed at $52.99 and out of stock. That is not a single-flavor price, so the table leaves it off.

Sold by Amazon.com. The brand 24-bar bundle with peanut butter chocolate was $52.99 and out of stock, so that is not the price in this box. The Amazon nutrition panel listed 210 calories and 14 g of sugars. The brand panel listed 190 calories and 17 g of total sugars. The table stays on the brand panel.
Where a bar fits
One Transparent Labs scoop on the powder page is 28 g of protein. These bars are 12 to 20 g. The 2025 advisory's simpler target is about 80 to 120 g a day, from food and, if you use them, supplements. A bar covers a slice of that range.
The same advisory says dietary supplements can be considered for vitamin D, calcium, B12, or a multivitamin, at doses matched to the person. That label check is best multivitamin for GLP-1 users. Used pens are sharps containers for Zepbound, Mounjaro and Wegovy.

What is the best protein bar for GLP-1 users?
On protein per bar, Barebells Cookies & Cream: 20 g, with 5 g of maltitol and a laxative warning on the brand page. Quest is close on protein and higher on saturated fat. We found no trial of either bar in people on a GLP-1.
How much protein is in these bars?
Barebells lists 20 g, Quest 18 g, and RXBAR peanut butter 12 g, on the brand pages opened October 26, 2026.
Do these bars have added sugar?
Each of the three lists 0 g added sugar. RXBAR peanut butter still lists 17 g of total sugars. Barebells and Quest list 1 g of total sugar, plus sugar alcohol.
What is the maltitol warning on Barebells?
The brand page says excessive consumption may have a laxative effect, due to maltitol. The bar lists 5 g of sugar alcohol.
Is one bar enough protein for the day?

On October 26, 2026 we opened shop.barebells.com, questnutrition.com and the RXBAR peanut butter bundle page, and copied serving size, calories, protein, sugars, sugar alcohol, fat and the brand price shown. The same day we opened the Amazon buy boxes. Quest ASIN B0719163RQ and RXBAR ASIN B0143NQVP2 were sold by Amazon.com. Barebells ASIN B08KWGDMJW was sold by Vitamin Well LLC, so it has no button. Where an Amazon nutrition panel disagreed with the brand panel, the table keeps the brand panel and the product note prints the Amazon line. Literature line from the 2025 joint advisory and the Wegovy adult adverse-reaction table. We did not test the bars.
