Compare compounds
Select two compounds to compare what researchers actually studied: matched measured outcomes side by side, the evidence types behind them, and what is still unknown. This tool declares no winner. When the studies differ in population, route, or endpoint, the comparison says so plainly.
A useful first comparison: semaglutide versus BPC-157. Semaglutide has large randomized human trials behind it, which is why it ranks first in our evidence ranking. BPC-157 has an extensive animal research program but no published randomized human trial for any indication. The comparison table shows that gap outcome by outcome. Missing evidence stays visible as "Not studied", and every row links its supporting studies.
How comparisons work
Choose two compounds above. The table matches outcomes both compounds were studied for, shows the direction of each result with its study context, and flags where the studies are too different to compare directly. Direct head-to-head trials are grouped separately from indirect comparisons when they exist.
